SRT-6200 Surface roughness gauge is widely used to measures the roughness of a surface of various machinery processed parts in production sites. The sensor is placed on the surface and then uniformly slides along the surface by driving the mechanism inside the tester. The Roughness Tester sensor measures the surface roughness with a sharp built-in probe. The roughness causes movement of the probe which generates an analog signal due to a change in the inductive amount of the induction coil. The tester can calculate corresponding parameters according to the selected conditions. The exclusive DSP processes and data are displayed on the LCD.
